Using telephone, Zoom, Skype, Teams, or other applications our online success coaches can:
- assist in accessing student accounts, including eServices, D2L Brightspace and email
- connect with appropriate campus contacts
- dig into career planning and exploration tools
- discuss program/degree requirements
- explain application and admissions processes
- guide in registering for classes and ordering books
- offer information about general policies and procedures at the college
- provide resources for financing education, determining transfer opportunities and planning

Please request your appointment at least one day in advance and wait for a confirmation email from AskUs@minnstate.edu. We recommend allowing 15-30 minutes for your appointment and encourage you to have access to the Internet while we talk.
