Third party pay refers to an authorized party (other than yourself) that will provide funding for your tuition, fees, books or other course materials. Common examples of third party funders include an employer, contracted training, Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO), CEP (Concentrated Employment Program, Inc.), etc.
