All students receiving GI Bill® education benefits may contact the Federal U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (USDVA) by using the Ask A Question feature, phone or fax.
Ask A Question: The USDVA provides an Ask A Question site specifically to handle your Veterans education benefits inquiries. The Ask A Question feature is the preferred method in receiving answers to your benefits questions.
Phone: Call 1-888-GIBILL-1 (1-888-442-4551). Press option 10 to be connected to an individual in the call center. You will need to provide your social security number or Chapter 35 , students need the Veterans' VA file number. Call time: 7:00am - 7:00pm central time.
